Jenna Ellison, B.A., M.A.
Jenna is a sixth year graduate student in the Clinical Psychology Ph.D. program. She received her bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2012 and her master's degree in Clinical Psychology from SMU in 2015. Her research pursuits are in health psychology, with a particular interest in examining how spouses help or hinder adherence to and engagement in health behaviors. Jenna is currently on internship at the UCSD/VA San Diego Consortium and will begin her postdoctoral fellowship in Fall 2018.
Michael Ovalle, A.B., Ed.M., M.A.
Michael is a rising sixth year graduate student in the Clinical Psychology Ph.D. program. He received his bachelor's degree in Psychology from Columbia University in 2007, a master's degree in Risk and Prevention from Harvard University in 2008, and a master's degree in Clinical Psychology from SMU in 2016. His research interests are in adolescent development; specifically, he is interested in examining the relation between family stress and depression in youth.

Sharyl Wee, b.A.
Sharyl is a rising second year graduate student in the Clinical Psychology program at SMU. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia in 2014. Her research interests are in exploring aspects of the family environment that contribute to the prevention, development, and maintenance of anxiety and depression in children.
